HND/BTech (or equivalent) inCivil/Construction Engineering

(or +15 years hands-on experience ofmanaging road contracting crews) 

At least 10-15 yrs experience in asphaltworks and minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in road contractingoperations. 

Good Communication skills in English(Arabic, Hindi or Tagalog speaking will be an added advantage). 

Team Player and People Manager / Developer. 

Intimate Knowledge of asphalt and Road basecontracting & laying operations. 

Understanding of various conditions ofcontract. 

Understanding of Client and Contractor Relationships. 

Up to date knowledge of Highway / Asphaltspecifications. Knowledge of Surveying and Modern survey Equipment.
