Small Electrical firm in the Twentynine Palms area, looking for an estimator.  2 to 3 years experience in the electrical field helpful, plus two years estimating experience.  Self motivated individual to work at home.

General understanding of requirements/standards used for:  Typical building constructed and or container buildings used by military.

Determines equipment cost in lieu of quotes based on independent judgement and experience.  Writes complete proposal and narrative discribing conceptual layout devloping a budget for the project based on information provided. 

Knowledge of :

Common Building Standars/Practices in Electrical scope

National Electric code sufficient to assist in making decisions which impact the project

Requirements:

High school Diploma

Attendance in an Electrical program

Skills in:

Electrical Construction

Adapting to new and changing requirements, environments, and/or information.

Estimating resources needed to complete required tasks.

Use of communication software

Operating a computer

Microsoft Office Suite
