Apex Cost Consultants is small business enterprise and specialized consulting firm for the AEC industry, providing solutions for the federal and commercial sectors. 

Due to our growth in these areas we are seeking to hire individuals for various tasks associated with construction phase service positions, including: Cost Estimator, NAS Schedulers and/or BIM Specialists.

Location of work (All in Texas): Killeen, Fort Worth, San Antonio and El Paso

BA/BS degree in appropriate field or equivalent specialized work experience required.

Position Descriptions:

Cost Estimator - Develops detailed cost estimates from construction contractors viewpoint requiring a careful analysis and comprehensive evaluation of numerous factors under differing and complicating circumstances. BA/BS degree in appropriate field or equivalent specialized work experience required.

NAS Schedulers – Must be experienced in scheduling for construction methods and technical aspects of network analysis system scheduling to maximize the value and minimize costs.

BIM Specialists - Has working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and  Bentley Architecture/MicroStation products.  Supports the Project Management Business Process (PMBP) by providing engineering, architectural, scientific, and technical support products and services to the Project Delivery Team.  Provides and coordinates training to maximize the benefits of BIM technology.
