Looking for an experienced person with extensive Technical knowledge of asphalt pavers; preferably experienced with Blaw Knox. Candidate must be willing to work in office environment assisting a dealer network on a helpdesk along with being a liaison between the helpdesk, field personnel and engineering.

Provide technical support and/or customer visits concerning Paving / Paver products.

• Handle problem resolution and dealer technical training.
• Also troubleshoot and support customer's technical inquiries from the Volvo Construction Equipment dealer network; this includes: development, testing of field fixes and updates, and implementing these solutions with the agreement of the responsible product platform.
• This role acts as the technical liaison between the dealers and the Global Service Team, which requires the role to assist in the development or update of technical publications and training aids/materials as needed.
• Assisting with planning and participate as a training instructor with the annual technical service training plan and schedule, this includes providing written communications to the dealer network concerning product updates and repair procedures as required via the internal case management system.

Education:

• Some college and/or technical degree with application toward the construction equipment industry and experience in with concentration on Asphalt Paving maintaining customer satisfaction in both a high pace and technical environment
• Technical degree with concentration in diesel engines, hydraulics, or electrical systems
