Provide Product Technical Training support to the Volvo dealers and field personnel. This support includes generating training material to enhance the basic study of machine systems that will enhance the development of the dealer technician. The development of components to support the machine training process will also be an integral part of this position.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop and implement basic system technical service training to the Volvo CE dealer network. Assist in the creation of the annual technical service training plan and schedule.
· Participate as the training instructor for courses developed and assigned by the group training plan.
· Develop training aids/materials not provided by the product company or customer support group, but deemed necessary for the North American region.
· Participate in company wide training meetings and projects, as required.
· Perform specific duties to support the training center facility in its daily operation.
· Coordinate machine availability logistics for training classes at all locations
· Special tool inventory coordination
· Training component availability/functionality
· Training hand tool inventory & coordination
· Perform other duties as required.
